How to Enrol

Step 1.1

Educate your domestic help about the importance of saving for old age.

Use simple calculator to explain the concept of the Fahari Retirement Plan, its scheme features and benefits.

Educate your domestic help about the importance of saving for old age.
Use simple calculator to explain the concept of the Fahari Retirement Plan, its scheme features and benefits.

Once he/she has understood how Fahari Retirement Plan works, you can proceed to gift a pension™.

Step Two Open an account for your giftee

Click the Enrol a Giftee button on this website
Enter national ID number and mobile number of the Giftee
Enter the One Time Password (OTP) received on giftee’s phone to automatically fill the form
Choose the amount the giftee wishes to save and how often
Add the nominee details for the giftee
Make online payment using your preferred method

Step 2.1

Click the Enrol a Giftee button on this website

Step 2.2

Enter national ID number and mobile number of the giftee

Step 2.3

Enter the One Time Password (OTP) received on giftee’s phone to automatically fill the form

Step 2.4

Choose the amount the giftee wishes to save and how often

Step 2.5

Add the nominee details for the giftee

Step 2.6

Make online payment using your preferred method

Step Two USSD Enrolment

Dial *483*123# from their mobile phone and select 4 to register
Enter their National ID number followed by their first name
Decide the amount they want to save and how often
Add details of their beneficiary
Make payment based on the instructions displayed of their mobile screen

Step 3.1

Click Register as Gifter on this website

Step 3.2

Enter your National ID number and your mobile number

Step 3.3

Key in OTP received on your phone to automatically fill the form

Step 3.4

Go to ‘MANAGE GIFTEE’ section and click ‘ADD GIFTEE’ button

Step 3.5

Add national ID of Giftee already registered on Fahari Retirement Plan or add a new giftee by enrolling a new giftee

Step 3.6

Select the amount you want to gift and how often

Step Three Register yourself as a gifter

Click Register as Gifter on this website
Enter your National ID number and your mobile number
Key in OTP received on your phone to automatically fill the form
Go to ‘GIFTEES’ section and click ‘NEW GIFTEE’ button
Add national ID of Giftee already registered on Fahari Retirement Plan or add a new giftee by enrolling a new giftee
Select the amount you want to gift and how often
Make online payment using your preferred method

Step Four Services

If the gifter or giftee has any questions, they can call the helpline on +254 (0) 709 299 999 anytime between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm from Monday to Friday and from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturday.
